Beschreibung

Logging does not have any biwak specific code any more. Even event loop is available in lepto.
Getting rid of confusing overloading would be ok.
Code for heartbeat and channel can be in biwak.

CAN messages can be send automatically, resend latest most sever log can be asked by heartbeat.
A log ring-buffer could be implemented there optionally.
